Dog days are over

So FINALLY I got my degree, I'm officially  a Fashion designer :') I almost can't believe it, it's a dream come true. But I was so tired of studying an school that I just wanted to get my degree and LEAVE, go to my house and sleep for ages to make up for all those days that I stayed up doing homework or sewing, so I wasn't particulary excited to pick an amazing outfit for the occasion, so I just dressed simple but cute.

I paired that lovely tropical printed skirt with a shirt and a pair of leather booties, my vintage Chanel and that was it. But everybody was making fun of me because with my robe on I looked like a nun hahaha.

Because this is the end of this road and I'm happy about it, even though I wasn't the best student or had the best grades. Plus I LOVE this song and video, Takashi Murakami it's such an inspiration ♥

I love college - Asher Roth

Because I would be lying if I said "all I did in college was studying", I also partied, met amazing people, fell in love, get my heart broken, but above all I grew up and HAD AN AMAZING TIME!

Graduation

Pues si muchach@s resulta que este es el tan esperado final -de este camino-. ME GRADUE :') Oficialmente soy "Diseñadora Profesional de Modas".

Para empezar les mostrare mi desfile de tesis cuyo tema principal era "Diseñadores latinoamericanos", yo decidí trabajar con una argentina llamada Jessica Trosman que es genial y le encanta trabajar con volúmenes, drapeados y mezclar temas que no tienen nada que ver entre sí. Partiendo de eso decidí unir lo barroco con lo gitano y crear 3 atuendos, coctel de dama, coctel de caballero (sastrería) y gala de dama. Lamento no poder tener mejores fotos pero mis invitados olvidaron llevar cámara, (lo se increíble pero cierto) y solo tengo las que tomaroin mis compañeros y algunos fotógrafos que fueron al evento.

Luego de todo el show y la emoción del desfile vino la graduación.

 La noche antes de la graduación estaba un poco nerviosa pero me tome un "calmante".

Este fue un buen final para este etapa, por los momentos solo quiero dormir y descansar, recuperar los 3 años de insomnio que tengo acumulados, salir, compartir con las pocas personas que quiero y disfrutar de mi "libertad", sin embargo ya por allí se están cocinando buenos proyectos que verán pronto ;)
